Article 1: (Purpose)


This agreement purposes to tell the company and user's rights and duties and also responsibility of matter for use this service available under 『the domain of www.sciencecube.com (the "site")』 from Korea Digital Inc. ('Company').


Article 2: (Justice)

① The worlds that have been used in this agreement are like this.

a. 'User' means people who log-in to the site for have services what the company provides.

b. 'Member' means, who has ID which only given to who went through all the steps of registration what the company made to use free services provide from company.

c. 'ID' means the classification and identification of user to company, which is combination of letters and numbers that choose from user.

d. 'Password' means the combination of letters and numbers, which chosen form user to identify to confirm and order to be protected by others. 

e. 'Community site' means the domain which under control of the company.


The words that has been used in this agreement will be follow by Trading practice and related ordinance except Article 1.


Article 3: (Notification and reforms of agreement)

① The company have right to amend an agreement at will if the agreement observes "The law on agreement restrictions", "Basic law for e-business", "Signature law for e-business', "Laws related to promoting the utilization of information network (hereafter, promotion law for utilizing information network", and "Consumer protection law" etc..     

② If company changes the agreement, will notice from seven days ahead to day before by posting the changes with starting date and reason on the first page on the site.

③ The items not defined in this agreement and the explanations on this agreement observe e-business law on consumer protection, related ordinance, or related commercial practice. 


Article 4: Type of services

The type and contents of service follows what has been decide from guidance of service.


Article 5: (Registration)

For registration, the user must fill up the application form which the way of the company wants than need to show that you are agreed to apply.

② Company can refuse user who applies registration form like Article 1, if user conform to below rules.

a. When the name of user in registration form is not the real name.

b. When the identification (Social number) is fake.

c. When register omits the record which draws up the contents of the user application form and filled up with fake information.

d. When register apply purposely for causing problem or disorder to community and society.

e. When register gives a hindrance to business accomplishment which is legitimate to company

f. If there is any problem with company's technology to register specific members to company or member has problems which relate to law to consent.  

③ The formation time of registration will be when the consent of company arrive to member.

④ If you are under the age of 14, you may only use this site in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. In this case the company can check agreements to parents or guardians. 

⑤ If member changes information fact due to Article 11, must notice immediately the changes to company with e-mail or other possible ways.


Article 6: (Duties of member)

① The member can not do any communication activities which listed down below to causing problem to public.

a. Using other members ID and password

b. Using information which company provides to members for reproduction, circulate, engage in commerce without company's permission.

c. Any conducts that infringe to member or third person's right to own property or any other rights.

d. Any conducts that damages the honor or intentionally gives a disadvantage to other members.

e. Purpose on crime or circulate description of criminal act, lewdness story to others (which is violated in social order) 

f. Without permission of company, circulating and canvassing of advertisements or any other contents which contains does not relate to services that company provides.

g. Any conducts that harm internet service or causing any confusion with hacking, infectious computer virus.

h. Any conducts that violation of law

② The charge and responsibility of own ID and password will be up to member and must charge on any problems which occur from careless.

③ With this service the ID can not be use overlapping at same time so if the ID has been exposed immediately notice to company.

④ The member must observe all the facts and rules which provides from agreement


Article 7: (Member secession and disqualification)

① The member can request a secession directly to company or make call or send letter. When company receive the secession from member, the service will stop right way on same day.

② Company can stop the service to member anytime without notification if member conform to down below.

a. Use other's ID and password by stealth

b. Used fake information to fill up the registration form which violate to rules of agreement

c. Infectious computer virus by intention

d. If you do not pay for what you order from company or payment that need to pay for using service in our web-site.

e. Obstruct other member to use our web site or steal information which threats rules of electronic commercial.

f. Any conduct that prohibit from this agreement or causing problem to public, and against law through this web site.

g. Anything that violate to stipulation 

③ After the company restrict or suspense membership eligibility, if same conduct repeated once more or without explanation in 30 days it can be forfeit membership from company.

④ When company forfeit membership they will cancel the registration, in this case company will notice to member and give chance to summon before cancellation.

⑤ In case 2, company can claim damage to member.


Article 8: (Duties of company)

a. The company won't do any conducts that prohibits of this agreement and related laws and regulations.

b. Company strive to provide safe and continuance service.

③ The company settles the opinion or dissatisfaction of a member instantly if they are considered as reasonable. In case of failing to settle it instantly, the company should inform the member the failing reason and the expected settling date.


Article 9: (Notification to members)

① Company will send notification to member's e-mail which submitted by member. 

② When company reports about unspecific member, post on a company's bulletin board more than one week to substitute sending individually.


Article 10: (Collection of personal information)

① The company will collect minimum personal information impartially and legally for agreement.

② To provide better service to member, under member's agreement company can collects additionally personal interest and purchased item.


Article 11: (Range of collection)

① The company collects personal information such as ID, Social number, E-mail address, Address, work number, home number, cellophane number, occupation (school), date of birth and introduction of oneself for provides fundamental service.

② The company won't collect any information that encroaches upon personal rights notably.


Article 12: (Possession of personal information and terms of utility, abrogation)

Follow by Article 14, if member repeal agreement or secede, without delays company will destroys all the information that has been collected. But if there are any remains of debt, company can possess information to urging for moments.


Article 13: (Do not provide personal information to third person)

① Company won't provide personal information to third person without permission. But there are exceptions which listed down below.

a. In case of according to special provision of law like Promotion law for utilizing information network

b. In case of need for executes the utilizing service agreement.

c. To provide for preparation of statistic, scientific research and marketing research with unable to distinguish specific personal

② Company can apply member's personal information to company's community site.


Article 14: (Repeal, perusal or correction of personal information)

① The member or guardian always can repeal agreement of collection of personal information, use different way of purpose, provide to third person.

② The member or guardian can perusal own personal information any time, corrects an error by your self. To do that, must follow the way that service decided and explained well in our web site.


Article 15: (Provision of service)


① The company will provide service 365 days in a year and 24 hours everyday if there are no difficult with business or technically.

② Company can design specific member or hours to using the services individually. In this case company will notice before.

③ The community site follows agreements of site which involved with it.


Article 16: (Provision of information)

The company can send various confirmed informations to member with e-mail, or other ways which will helps to use services, but member can indicate to intention of refuses of the e-mails.

Article 17: (Delete of post)

The company can delete without any reports what the member post if it contains relate to list down below. 

① If it contains slander or defamation of honor of other member or the third person

② Causing interruption for safe service with send various informations

③ Circulates advertisement that contains falsehood information or against receiver's intention

④ Contents which violate to public rules or society

⑤ To encroach third person's right of property

⑥ Judge to encroach to this agreement or statute


Article 18: (Bulletin of community site)

① The bulletin of the community site must follows provision of the community site.

② Even it is no violate to Article 1, it can request deletion to community site if it conforms to one of list down below.

a. Contents which slander or defamation of honor of other member or other site

b. A case which encroach copyright of member or other community site 

c. Violate to any other related laws and regulations


Article 19: (suspension of service)

① Company can suspend the service in cases which conform to down below

a. In case of equipment requires repair or exchange, when there is cut of with communication

b. In case of any other irresistible force

② Except the natural calamity, state of national emergency or any other irresistible force cases company will post before or send notification in a way of Article 9 mentioned.

③ If service suspended with reasons of the natural calamity, state of national emergency or any other irresistible force, after it has dissolved company will post notification or send it to member immediately in the way of Article 9 mentioned. 

④ Community site will follow under managerial agreement of own site.


Article 20: (Changes of a contract clause)

If member wants to changes the contract clause of service, it is able with agreement's alteration form or phone call which followed by company's agreement.

Article 21: (The right of property)

① Entire right of property which relate to copyright of service will be revert to company.

② Without company's consent user can not reprint, dispatch, publish, distribute, broadcast or any other way to purpose on the profit and let third person use what ever user received from company.

③ The rights and responsibility of data will be belong to who post on the site and company does not use this as purpose of the profit without permission. 


Article 22: (Immunity of rights)

① There won't be any responsibility to company with any harm which caused by member's carelessness or intention.

② There won't by any responsibility to company with when member did not received services what ever member expected before, and any damages that member has because of you provided services from our company.

③ There won't be any responsibility to company when the service has been suspended because of member's against of the agreement or the rules of what the company asks.

④ Company does not have any responsibility of any reception of damages to member which caused by contents that member send to others or posted on the bulletin board.

⑤ There won't be any responsibility to company when the services have been stopped by any cases of natural calamity or irresistible force.

⑥ In case of when the company provide service with contract with community site, no responsibility to company when there is any damages caused by services which provide from community site.
